Refund and cancellation policy
Refunds, deposits, and rescheduling for Sense Latticehub briefings and workshops.

This policy applies to professional engagements booked with Sense Latticehub Co., Ltd., including Seasonal Demand Briefings, Competitive Market-Set Reviews, Revenue Forecast Workshops, and Segment Deep-Dive Studies.
Eligibility
Refunds depend on how far work has progressed and whether a deposit or full fee has been paid. Informational rates on the website are not purchases until a written scope is accepted and a deposit is received.
Timeframe
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@sense-latticehub.click. We confirm receipt within two business days.
Full refund
If we cancel an engagement for our own reasons before work starts, you receive a full refund of amounts paid. If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed start date and no analysis has begun, the deposit is refundable minus a THB 3,000 administration fee.
Partial refund
If you cancel after intake has started but before the written pack is delivered, we refund the unused portion of fees after deducting time already spent at the quoted day rate implied by the scope. Workshop seats cancelled fewer than five business days before the session are non-refundable for that seat.
Non-refundable items
Travel costs already incurred for agreed on-site sessions, third-party data purchases authorised in the scope, and completed delivered packs are non-refundable.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method unless another method is agreed in writing.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule of a workshop or walkthrough is allowed without charge if requested at least five business days ahead. No-shows for confirmed walkthroughs forfeit that session fee; a replacement session may be booked at the then-current rate.
Work already started
Once charting or analysis has begun, fees cover work completed to date even if you later pause the engagement. Materials prepared up to that point can be delivered in their then-current form on request.
