We provide professional travel demand analytics and related briefings for hospitality revenue teams. Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate written scope confirms deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and materials we create for clients remain our intellectual property until otherwise agreed in writing. Client data and confidential commercial information remain the client’s property. You may not copy or redistribute our published site content without permission.
Enquiries and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate contact and property information when submitting an enquiry. We may decline work that conflicts with confidentiality obligations to another hotel in the same competitive set.
Liability
Briefings support commercial judgement; they do not guarantee occupancy, ADR, or RevPAR outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on a briefing beyond the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
